NPR also has these goals, but if you look at the papers that have been published they have been concentrated in two areas: simulating traditional media and supporting artistic styles. Although this work is brilliant, it is important to not fall into the same trap as realism. The goal should not be to emulate different media; that?s just another form of realism. And the goal should not be to imitate particular artists.
