Assignment 7: Night and Color

I painted a tree with two light sources. One is a light from the bottom left giving some detail and directional light into the tree. The second is a green laser pointer. I tried to follow the the branch patterns mostly because I thought it might be cool. I used the longest exposure time on my camera (I couldn't use Bulb because I needed to use my hands during the expousure and I didn't have a remote cable.) and set the other settings accordingly for decent exposure.

It turns out that using the laser pointer is also an excellent way to help out autofocus. I placed the laser spot on the tree and then moved the center autofocus point over the laser spot. And it actually did focus well.
